Eleanor Purcell

Eleanor is not strictly a local business but, like Bones Apart, she has strong Eversden links. Her parents, Angela and Mike Gaillard live in Little Eversden and Eleanor (with husband Rodney and daughters Marcus and Stephanie) is a frequent visitor.
After completing her BA degree in music (singing and piano) Eleanor is now vigorously pursuing her ambition to get a recording contract. A major recording studio is at this moment considering her.
Eleanor has recorded an arrangement to the poem by L Binyon - "The Fallen" and may be offering it as a download - linked from her website below. All the proceeds will go to the Poppy Appeal. She is going to sing her song at Clavering Church on Remembrance Sunday. She is also providing CDs at Clavering Church available for a donation to the appeal.
Angela and Mike are naturally proud of Eleanor and are pleased that The Eversdens acknowledge her in this way. It will be good to follow her progress and to be in on her success. Please visit her site and listen to her music.
